Scientist Creates New DNA
We have heard of patients requiring specific blood types, or donors requiring similar organs, due to the issue of compatibility. This is because our bodies reject the alien or imitated DNA within the blood and organs. However, scientists have now figured how to trick the DNA and ignore the imitation. Scientist have created a new “base pair,” one that is not found in nature.
“Life on Earth in all its diversity is encoded by only two pairs of DNA bases, A-T and C-G, and what we’ve made is an organism that stably contains those two plus a third, unnatural pair of bases,” explains director of research and associate professor at TSRI, Floyd E. Romesberg. “This shows that other solutions to storing information are possible and, of course, takes us closer to an expanded-DNA biology that will have many exciting applications—from new medicines to new kinds of nanotechnology.”

Oklahoma HB2351 Common Sense Zero-Tolerance Act
The Oklahoma legislature has created another common sense bill about zero tolerance. The bill titled, “Common Sense Zero-Tolerance Act,” eases school rules when it comes to fake weapons. House Bill 2351 (HB2351) was first read February 3, 2014.
“No school district, school administrator, teacher or other school employee shall punish, humiliate, intimidate, be condescending to, or bully a student, including suspension of the student…”
“Real intent, real threats and real weapons should always be dealt with immediately. We need to stop criminalizing children’s imagination and childhood play,” explained Sally Kern, Republican from Oklahoma City.
“I fully trust Oklahoma educators to handle student discipline in an appropriate case-by-case manner. The proposed legislation removes local control from teachers, counselors, administrators and local school boards. Educators are degreed professionals, trained and experienced in dealing with children,” explained O.E.A President Linda Hampton.
Oklahoma Constitution Article 8, Section 5 states in part, “The supervision of instruction in the public schools shall be vested in a Board of Education, whose powers and duties shall be prescribed by law.”

$6 Billion Dollars Go Missing Under Hillary Clinton’s Watch
While the news feeds continue to whisper a possible Hillary Clinton for President In 2016, others are asking, where’s the money? The U.S. State Department lost an astounding 6 billion (with a B) dollars while Clinton played Secretary of State.
Money? What Money?
The cash was to be used in paying contractors. However, the cash and the documents that would allow a paper trail to determine its whereabouts disappeared. We have $6 billion tax dollars gone. We have the proper paperwork to help locate the $6 billion dollars also gone.
Anyone check Sandy Berger’s pants?
“An inability to file paperwork properly and a “lack of internal control at the department has led to billions of unaccounted dollars over the last six years,” State Department Inspector General Steve Linick said in a “management alert” made public Thursday.”
This knowledge was provided by a released IG’s alert. The alert was published on March 20, but only made available to the public this week.
The report provides insight on several examples of “poor contract file administration”. One example provided in the report identified 33 missing contracts worth a total of $2.1 billion dollars.
48 out of 82 contracts were found missing the required documentation required by federal law.
Papers? What Papers?
Another case showed a contract file conveniently omitted that a $52 million deal was awarded to a company owned by the spouse of another State Department contractor employee performing as a specialist.
In other cited cases a contracting officer actually falsified government technical review information in a $100 million deal and a contracting officer’s representative allowed nearly $800,000 to be paid on a deal with no official documents to support the payment. It’s the free-flow of public funds under extremely suspicious circumstances.
Only Contracting Officers have the authority to contractually bind the United States Government. This authority is vested in the executive agency, which then delegates this authority by issuing a certificate of appointment or “warrant.”
The U.S. Department of State does provide a contracting officer handbook. I have yet been able to identify specific names of the contracting officer(s).
As the government continues to grow, we will only see more of these scandals or ineptness of our government continues. Will we see Hillary Clinton before Congress once again, this time being questioned
about the $6 billion dollars missing, due to negligence or poor management?

United States Flag – Should it Be Hung Upside Down?
“No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.”
Note some have also written on the flag while holding it upside down.
“The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.”
“A lot of us fought and died for freedom of speech,” Mr. Vance said. “But it seems to me there are more respectful ways to express your political opinions. Whether you like the president or not, he is the commander in chief of the United States of America.”

Operation PaperClip Found in Captain America’s Winter Soldier Movie
I was out of town all last week, and missed my family crazy. This weekend, the kids wanted to see the new Captain America’s Winter Soldier. Always up for a good action flick (preferably a character driven with a good storyline), I was not disappointed. While not giving the movie away, I was intrigued with the consistent theme of governmental compartmentalize, while the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Within the movie, Project Paperclip was mentioned.
New information has surfaced, describing Germany scientist additional use in the effects of mind control, testing LSD on the Soviets, while working for the United States.

Oklahoma Senate Bill Nullifies Common Core
It is rare, when something positive is provided in the News. The Oklahoma Senate Education Committee has passed a House bill to abolish Common Core standards. HB3399 was passed by an 11-0 vote to nullify the federally mandated standards, and provide its own standards, adopted by the State Board of Education by Aug. 1, 2014. This bill is an attempt to nullify Common Core.
The bill was sponsored and introduced by Oklahoma Speaker of the House Jeff Hickman, and the bill was passed March 25, 2014. The bill should put a halt on the disliked federally-controlled education. This will put the powers back to the State, and allow the state to remain sovereign.
New Deal legislation from the Federal government is an attempt for the federal government to seize more power over the states. These generally come with mandates imposed by the federal government in the name of standards. Once accepted, the power of the state is shifted over to the federal government.
The Constitution of the United States, the apex of our laws, broke the powers into three governments. The Federal, State, and Local government should retain their powers. However, we continue to see a move of intra-Governmental relationships, where the Federal government is becoming more centralized and powerful.
It is refreshing to see the States push back on the Federal Government and maintain their powers of the State.
Common Core supporters were discouraged about the passing of the Oklahoma
The Constitution does not mention education, due to the responsibility residing primarily in the states. The question will be if the remaining states will stand up and take on their responsibility for education standards or roll over to the Federal Government.

Banker’s Deaths Reach a Dozen – 2014
The number of highly publicized banker’s deaths are up to 12. It was reported initially when 4 bankers died by “suicide” earlier this year. The number quickly moved to 5 deaths, but as of March, the number stands at 12. At least those of which we are aware.
