Scientist Creates New DNA

Labels: , , , , , ,

We have heard of patients requiring specific blood types, or donors requiring similar organs, due to the issue of compatibility. This is because our bodies reject the alien or imitated DNA within the blood and organs. However, scientists have now figured how to trick the DNA and ignore the imitation. Scientist have created a new “base pair,” one that is not found in nature.

Transhumanism

The Hope
Researchers, for the first time ever, have created microbes that contain artificial DNA. Their hope is to create new antibiotics, vaccines, and other medical products. Scientists have essentially created two additions to the normal human genetic code.
What it is
“The cells recognized it as natural,” said chemical biologist Floyd Romesberg at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, Calif., who led the research group.
The original article goes onto to say this “demonstrates the feasibility of life-forms based on a different DNA code.” This can lead to an expansion of the existing human genetic code, or design living cells to make new medical compounds.
The extra pair of “letters” created in the DNA does not exist or can be found in nature.
“Life on Earth in all its diversity is encoded by only two pairs of DNA bases, A-T and C-G, and what we’ve made is an organism that stably contains those two plus a third, unnatural pair of bases,” explains director of research and associate professor at TSRI, Floyd E. Romesberg. “This shows that other solutions to storing information are possible and, of course, takes us closer to an expanded-DNA biology that will have many exciting applications—from new medicines to new kinds of nanotechnology.”

Transhumanism
Anyone see an issue with this?
While the news brings on a quality of futuristic coolness, the possibility of growing your own extra organs, this author finds it a bit unnerving. Humans have always attempted to cross-breed plants to create stronger more efficient outcomes. However, the idea of manipulating one’s own DNA structure, with the possibility of cross-contamination into the human population scares me a bit.
Take the monopolization on seeds with Monsanto.
“Through patents on seed, Monsanto has become the “Life Lord” of our planet, collecting rents for life’s renewal from farmers, the original breeders.”
Monsanto cannot contain its own GMO seeds within its confined area. While the ever expansion of GMO seeds occurs, the heirloom real seeds become less. Legal battles are also continual in the name of proprietary.
It is not too big a stretch to see this same scenario being played out as proprietary legal issues on altered DNA that creates efficient organs and other enhancements.

Michigan Citizens lose Right to Farm

Labels: , ,

Michigan’s new changes to remove their “Farm Act” protection will have serious consequences for many urban and suburban backyard farmers, who raise small numbers of animals. The backyard and urban farming was protected by Michigan’s Right to Farm Act, but no longer.
Kim White, who raises chickens and rabbits, said, “They don’t want us little guys feeding ourselves. They want us to go all to the big farms. They want to do away with small farms and I believe that is what’s motivating it.”
Specifically, the new ruling will allow local governments to ban goats, chickens and beehives on any property where there are 13 homes within one eighth mile or a residence within 250 feet of the property. The ruling is not simply an urban or suburban concern.

Michigan lose right to farm

A six and half acre home to 150 hens, providing eggs to a local co-op and local restaurant will also be affected. Shady Grove Farm, in Gwinn, Michigan also provides wool from sheep, a few turkeys and chicken for meat to provide fresh local poultry, in addition to their 150 laying hens. Randy Buchler told The Blaze about Shady Grove Farm. “Everything we do here is 100 percent natural — we like to say it’s beyond organic. We take a lot of pride and care in what we’re doing here.”
The UN Farming Report in 2010 called for more organic and small-scale farmers in the food systems and an answer to feeding the world.

Chefs are also pushing more local farmers and push for “farm to table”.

Many Americans are attempting to start growing out of their own backyards, providing additional home-grown vegetables, and fresh eggs for their families, as food prices increase. Rosalind Creasy grew in her 100-square foot garden in 2008 was $683.43.
Yet, in a special session, the Michigan Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development removed the Right to Farm projection for their citizens. The vote, 4-1, approved the Site Selection Generally AcceptedAgriculture Management Practices (GAAMPs) which included the controversial, “if the site is determined to be primarily residential, and zoning doesn’t allow agriculture as a use by right.”

Oklahoma HB2351 Common Sense Zero-Tolerance Act

Labels: , , , ,

The Oklahoma legislature has created another common sense bill about zero tolerance. The bill titled, “Common Sense Zero-Tolerance Act,” eases school rules when it comes to fake weapons. House Bill 2351 (HB2351) was first read February 3, 2014.

Using a gun sign is not PC

House Bill 2351 states schools shall not “punish, humiliate, intimidate, be condescending to, or bully a student” who has  possession of a toy weapon.”
The bill also states:
“No school district, school administrator, teacher or other school employee shall punish, humiliate, intimidate, be condescending to, or bully a student, including suspension of the student…”
The bill also prevents schools from punishing its students who simply use their finger or hand to simulate a weapon, making sounds of an imaginary firearm, or drawing pictures of firearms. The bill was proposed by Republican Sally Kern.
“Real intent, real threats and real weapons should always be dealt with immediately. We need to stop criminalizing children’s imagination and childhood play,” explained Sally Kern, Republican from Oklahoma City.
While the bill appears to be common sense, and an attempt to remove liberal teachers and educators from their over sensitivity with zero-tolerance, the Oklahoma Education Association isn’t on board with the proposed law.
“I fully trust Oklahoma educators to handle student discipline in an appropriate case-by-case manner. The proposed legislation removes local control from teachers, counselors, administrators and local school boards. Educators are degreed professionals, trained and experienced in dealing with children,” explained O.E.A President Linda Hampton.
Power struggle between legislation and Board of Education?
The Constitution does not provide federal government the authority over public schools. That right was given to each state.
Oklahoma Constitution Article 8, Section 5 states in part, “The supervision of instruction in the public schools shall be vested in a Board of Education, whose powers and duties shall be prescribed by law.

Oklahoma legislation does have the authority to create laws in regards to the public school system. The O.E.A. President appears to believe the law lessens the teacher’s authority over the students.

Zero-Tolerance Examples
However, when we review other states adopting Zero-tolerance within their schools, common-sense has also gone away.
An 11 year old in Calvert County, Maryland faced an all-day in-school suspension for mimicking a firearm with his hand.
6 year old in suburban Washington, D.C. was suspended by making his hand into the shape of a gun.
The list goes on and on.
Sally Kern is acting Representative for Oklahoma District
 84. She was elected to office in 2005 and her term limit is up in 2016. Her past included the profession of teacher, and she held a position in the Education Standing Committee of NCSL.

$6 Billion Dollars Go Missing Under Hillary Clinton’s Watch

Labels: , , , , , , , ,

While the news feeds continue to whisper a possible Hillary Clinton for President In 2016, others are asking, where’s the money? The U.S. State Department lost an astounding 6 billion (with a B) dollars while Clinton played Secretary of State.

What Money?
Money? What Money?

The cash was to be used in paying contractors. However, the cash and the documents that would allow a paper trail to determine its whereabouts disappeared. We have $6 billion tax dollars gone. We have the proper paperwork to help locate the $6 billion dollars also gone.

Anyone check Sandy Berger’s pants?

“An inability to file paperwork properly and a “lack of internal control at the department has led to billions of unaccounted dollars over the last six years,” State Department Inspector General Steve Linick said in a “management alert” made public Thursday.”

This knowledge was provided by a released IG’s alert. The alert was published on March 20, but only made available to the public this week.
IG Report?

The report provides insight on several examples of “poor contract file administration”. One example provided in the report identified 33 missing contracts worth a total of $2.1 billion dollars.

48 out of 82 contracts were found missing the required documentation required by federal law.

Papers? What Papers?

Another case showed a contract file conveniently omitted that a $52 million deal was awarded to a company owned by the spouse of another State Department contractor employee performing as a specialist.

In other cited cases a contracting officer actually falsified government technical review information in a $100 million deal and a contracting officer’s representative allowed nearly $800,000 to be paid on a deal with no official documents to support the payment. It’s the free-flow of public funds under extremely suspicious circumstances.

Only Contracting Officers have the authority to contractually bind the United States Government. This authority is vested in the executive agency, which then delegates this authority by issuing a certificate of appointment or “warrant.”

The U.S. Department of State does provide a contracting officer handbook. I have yet been able to identify specific names of the contracting officer(s).

As the government continues to grow, we will only see more of these scandals or ineptness of our government continues. Will we see Hillary Clinton before Congress once again, this time being questioned
about the $6 billion dollars missing, due to negligence or poor management?

The world controlled by Lucifer and his followers?

This is some scary stuff. I am nearly half-way through it, making notes.

United States Flag – Should it Be Hung Upside Down?

Labels: , , , , , , , ,

Why have people been displaying the United States flag upside down? It is an official signal of distress. Some believe this to be disrespectful. Should this be viewed as a sign of distress or a sign of disrespect?
Title 36, U.S.C. Chapter 10 as amended by P.L. 344, 94th Congress, Approved July 7, 1976 it states,
“No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.”
What does disrespect actually mean, other than dipping it to any person or thing? Not allowing the flag to touch the ground is pretty much known. Disrespect can be defined as “to regard or treat without respect; regard or treat with contempt or rudeness.”
Note some have also written on the flag while holding it upside down.

Upside Down Flag - Dire Emergency

The United States Flag Code, Title 4, Chapter 1 8(a)
“The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.”
Dire distress, protest or disrespect?
Some are flying the flag upside down for the sake of protest. However, under the code, the flying of the flag should only be done in “extreme danger to life or property.” This is why many in the service find the upside down flag to be disrespectful.
Over time many have desecrated the flag, via burning or other means. These normally were upheld as freedom of expression, or the judicial branch had no interest or found nothing sufficiently compelling to justify legal restriction.
Many flew the flag upside down after the election of 2012, showing protest against the American government, on Obama’s winning the Presidency.
Air Force veteran Jim Harris
flew his flags upside down, having signs reading “No Hope” and “Enslaved by the 47 Percent.” Believing the display would incite passers-by, Harris said, “I seriously feel this country is in dire distress.”

Upside Down Flag - Dire Emergency

Terry Vance, a highly decorated and disabled Vietnam War veteran served as the adjutant quartermaster of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Illinois disagrees.
“A lot of us fought and died for freedom of speech,” Mr. Vance said. “But it seems to me there are more respectful ways to express your political opinions. Whether you like the president or not, he is the commander in chief of the United States of America.”

Operation PaperClip Found in Captain America’s Winter Soldier Movie

Labels: , , , , , , ,

was out of town all last week, and missed my family crazy. This weekend, the kids wanted to see the new Captain America’s Winter Soldier. Always up for a good action flick (preferably a character driven with a good storyline), I was not disappointed. While not giving the movie away, I was intrigued with the consistent theme of governmental compartmentalize, while the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Within the movie, Project Paperclip was mentioned.

Project PaperClip in new Captain America Movie

I doubt very seriously many of the audience members caught it or even know about Project Paperclip.
What is Project PaperClip?
Project Paperclip is an actual historical occurrence during the end of World War 2. The codename Project Paperclip was originally dubbed Project Operation Overcast. German scientists were extricated, during the end and after World War 2 in order to acquire their knowledge. Most of these scientist specialized in aerodynamics and rocketry, chemical weapons, medicine, and chemical reactions (think nuclear and advanced weaponry). Interestingly, these scientist and their families were brought into United States without State Department’s approval or review. This accurate historical fact shows just how the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
Classified
Since most of the Operation Paperclip remains classified, this plays well in the story line of Captain America.
New information has surfaced, describing Germany scientist additional use in the effects of mind control, testing LSD on the Soviets, while working for the United States.
These nefarious interrogation programs occurred during the Cold War. These same enemy scientist, like Dr. Schreiber and Dr. Kurt Blome were Deputy Surgeon General for the Third Reich
. Now they were provided medals and buildings in their name within the United States.

Trials
Many of these were put on trial in Nuremberg 1946 and 47. However, others were saved by United States in order to continue their work on aerodynamics and mind control.
Birth of MK ULTRA
Later on, Project Paperclip became a new program called MK ULTRA, approved by the DCI (Director of Central Intelligence) in 1953. MKULTRA was CIA’s program for its own work on mind control.
More to come.

Oklahoma Senate Bill Nullifies Common Core

Labels: , , , , , , , , ,

It is rare, when something positive is provided in the News. The Oklahoma Senate Education Committee has passed a House bill to abolish Common Core standards. HB3399 was passed by an 11-0 vote to nullify the federally mandated standards, and provide its own standards, adopted by the State Board of Education by Aug. 1, 2014. This bill is an attempt to nullify Common Core.

Oklahoma Bill to Nullify Common Core

The bill was sponsored and introduced by Oklahoma Speaker of the House Jeff Hickman, and the bill was passed March 25, 2014. The bill should put a halt on the disliked federally-controlled education. This will put the powers back to the State, and allow the state to remain sovereign.
New Deal legislation from the Federal government is an attempt for the federal government to seize more power over the states. These generally come with mandates imposed by the federal government in the name of standards. Once accepted, the power of the state is shifted over to the federal government.

The Constitution of the United States, the apex of our laws, broke the powers into three governments. The Federal, State, and Local government should retain their powers. However, we continue to see a move of intra-Governmental relationships, where the Federal government is becoming more centralized and powerful.

It is refreshing to see the States push back on the Federal Government and maintain their powers of the State.

Common Core supporters were discouraged about the passing of the Oklahoma

bill. Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin believes the bill will accomplish its goals and be signed into law. Fallin has been one of other Governors in support of state controlled standards, as opposed to federally controlled standards.

The Constitution does not mention education, due to the responsibility residing primarily in the states. The question will be if the remaining states will stand up and take on their responsibility for education standards or roll over to the Federal Government.

The number of highly publicized banker’s deaths are up to 12. It was reported initially when 4 bankers died by “suicide” earlier this year. The number  quickly moved to 5 deaths, but as of March,  the number stands at 12. At least those of which we are aware.

Bankers Death increasing

Below is the chronological list as it stands:
1)      1/26/2104 – William Broeksmit, a 58-year-old former senior executive for Deutsche Bank AG, was found dead after apparently taking his own life in South Kensington in central London.
2)      1/27/2014 – Karl Slym, the 51 year old Tata Group managing director was discovered dead on the fourth floor of the Shangri-La hotel in Bangkok.
3)      1/27/2014 – Gabriel Magee, the 39-year-old JP Morgan employee, who died after plummeting from the roof of the JP Morgan European headquarters in London’s Canary Wharf.
4)      1/28/2014 – Tim Dickenson, who was a U.K.-based communications director at Swiss Re AG,  a stock corporation and investment firm.
5)      1/31/2014 – Mike Dueker, the 50-year-old chief economist of US bank Russell Investments was discovered dead near to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge
 in Washington State.

6)      2/4/2014 – Richard Talley, the 57 year old founder of American Title Services in Centennial, Colorado, was found dead on February 4 after apparently shooting himself with a nail gun.

8)      2/19/2014 – Li Junjie, 33-year-old banker in Hong Kong jumped from the JP Morgan HQ in Hong Kong.
9)      2/19/2014 – James Stuart, 59,the former National Bank of Commerce CEO was found dead inScottsdale, Arizona.
10)  2/28/2014 – Autumn Radtke,28, the CEO of First Meta, a digital currency exchange firm, who was found dead outside her Singapore apartment.
11)  3/11/2014 – Edmund Reilly or Eddie Reilly, 47, who worked at Vertical Group in Midtown New York City, ended his own life when he threw himself in front of a Long Island Rail Road train at 6am near the Syosset station.
12)  3/12/2014 – Kenneth Bellando, 28, an investment banker at Levy Capital Partners jumped off his building in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Outside the dozen deaths this year, it was reported that 20 bankers had their life ended in 2013. AuthorWayne Allyn Root says it’s possible the bankers knew too much, including about corruption in government. Others speculate an expected economic collapse that is worldwide,  or the economic situation is far worse than the news media are willing to share.
